My Mom always made potato salad with mashed potatoes. She would either use leftover mashed potatoes or make mashed potatoes one day then salad the next as she wanted to use well cooled potatoes. Apparently my paternal Grandmother always used mashed potatoes when making potato salad. I grew up the same and didn’t like “lumpy potato salad”as I referred to it. Have you heard of people doing this before. My Mom used a mustard potato salad dressing however she modified from what I have had since then.

So with the spiral ham, do you want another entrée such as chicken, or maybe something vegetarian like eggplant rollitini ( vegetarian, but not vegan). I have lots of different playlists. There are both vegetarian and vegan Playlist as well as vegetable sides, starch sides and even a salad Playlist in case your party is still in the summer months and you want to keep it light.
