Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: A little over a Gallon or Serves 10 to 12 People
2 1/2 Pounds Chicken- Diced
2 Large Onions-Diced
6 Stalks Celery-Diced
5 Carrots- Diced
2 Tablespoons Garlic- Chopped
4 Tablespoons All purpose flour
1 Pound Cremini -Sliced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Chicken Base
9 Cups Chicken Broth
13 Ounce of either Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Whole Milk or Heavy Cream
1 Cup Basmati Rice
