I use my Apple Card exclusively for financing Apple Products. Easy to manage, get my cashback immediately, and I can pay it off as early as I want to. Great beginner card.
I have the SOFI card and it’s pretty awesome. It only takes about a week to get the points back compared to my Amex card which took over a month. Also love combining this with the vaults on sofi money. I created a vault for both of my CCs and anytime I use one I transfer money to that vault so I don’t spend the allocated money on accident before I pay it off. The points you get also combine with the perk points you get from logging in or getting direct deposit ect, which I found cool as well. 100% recommend!
Hey man, I love your videos. Would you consider doing one on Credit Unions? I joined Navy Fed and they're worlds better than any bank I've used, and I think other millennials (and probably younger/older) would find them to suit their needs more than a bank.
The main reason I got an Apple Card was because I use Uber, Apple Music, and shop at Walgreens a lot because there is one near my home and it makes the most sense, I also like to treat myself to Apple products every now again. At some point I do want to add an all 2% cashback card to my wallet
Thank you for the tip regarding applying for Apple Card, I used IPhone instead my Android phone to apply, had the gut feeling that your chances of being approved is far higher.
The Apple Card is definitely top tier for a 1 card everything card that’s also easy to apply for, the 2% with Apple Pay works 8/10 of the time and the 3% on not only Apple and Select merchants but also all iTunes purchases so all your subscriptions are covered under 3% which not a lot of cards do, and pretty much the only card that offers 3% at T-Mobile. Atleast for me it’s really goated at times even though I plan to branch off to other cards as well
Use Sofi for everything 2% then if you have Citi Custom Card use it for all restaurant and you get 5%. Used Apple Card for merchant that access Apple Pay for 3% All cards don't have annual fee.
It's really weird you got denied with a 785 credit score! I applied and I have a 652 FICO 8 score and was instantly approved for $2500, which isn't a huge credit line but I heard they are good with increases every 90 days. I was unfortunately denied for the SoFi card, so my credit needs a little work.
No contest whatsoever - SoFi. Not only do I get to manage my money, stocks, IRAs, and Crypto, and automated investing in ONE app; I also get the benefits of a 2% card with no FX fees. Oh... And it's not Apple. Which to me, already lowers its value.
Thank you for this I was wondering the comparison against these two cards. I tried to apply for the sofi card but at that time I had a money account but haven't funded it yet. That is probably why I got declined. This seems like a great card like the PayPal cashback mastercard is. The apple card is weird the fact you need an IPhone to apply and only apple users. I guess if your in that eco system. Have you gotten the apple card yet?
SoFi is one huge step to a better financial future for the next important generation. Ref. 5G for the finans market. Sunny greetings from a beatiful springtime Sweden.
Who pays with a physical card these days tho? I find it easier to use tap to pay with my Apple watch instead of fumbling with my wallet to get a card out.
Can you do a review on the cheese mobile bank that’s fairly new or do a cheese vs. SoFi money becuase it’s like a chime card with early pay from direct deposit and it’s better Becuase it has cash back on over 10,000 stores and it supports Asian immigrants
*Thanks for checking out the video! Do you prefer the Apple Card or the SoFi Credit Card?*

I think I'll get them both 😂, I'm really indecisive.

The apple card is great but a 2% card will win everytime. It's the SOFI card for me!
Agreed, thanks so much for the comment!

I couldn't agree more! I love having everything under the same umbrella. Thanks so much for the comment!
The best thing about the Apple card is that when you buy Apple products from them you don't get charged any interest.
I personally like both SoFi and Apple. However, I don't know yet if I'd want the SoFi cc.
Great video!

The Apple Card is not a good card. The titanium is cool but if you pay with the physical card you get 1% cash back. Sofi card is far better

What credit score do you need to get the SoFi card
Neither I only do debit cards
*I got the Apple Card last night just because it’s titanium. They gave me $5,000. I don’t need the card. Lol*
Hahaha honestly the titanium card is the main reason a lot of people probably get this. Thanks for the comment!
