How to change Oil and Filter on Honda Foreman Rubicon

Oops a little oil on the floor. I think the cartridge design is to keep it from being exposed to damage. Even if it’s above the skid, a thin wall filter could still be punctured.

I wonder why they don't use a little spin-on filter like the ones for their motorcycles? That "cartridge" type design seems unnecessarily complicated.

Yeah, I think that would be much simpler and easy. I guess its more reminiscent of the older filters.
