I was going to say that too.
Might be worth adding that these are often in drydock for deep maintenance/upgrades. This is usually 6 years operating, then 2 years in maintenance. This means that you only ever have 3/4 of its use. Put another way, if you own 4 subs, only 3 will be at sea at any given time. Also the Victoria class have the latest in weapons systems as these get done during deep maintenance.
