By his logic, I could argue that he missed every question since he responded with "true" or "false", instead of "fact" or "crap".

I believe what they meant by the whole spell change debate with "cheap shot" was that the tooltip, function, and duration of the ability hasn't changed at all since vanilla. Every other spell has probably been altered to some degree.
Survival was a melee spec until hunter update. All the talents were melee or trap boosts.

The druid ability Claw has never been changed. It was removed in Mist but it the question is not asking for the ability to be removed but changed, therefore it is right to say Claw still works as it did in vanila

Asmo was right cheap shot has changed, it was level 29 at Classic and is lvl 26 right now, the cost of Mana was 60 (just when you got the right talents [?] it was 40) this means it dosn´t worke the same

they're mistaking the blue "Upgradeable" with higher ranks, it wasnt higher ranks THOSE WERE TALENTS.
Cheap Shot has changed as well, code doesn't look the same in BFA as in Vanilla
a change in mana doesnt mean the whole ability doesnt work the same way, therefore holy light works the exact same way.

everyone's pulling the "OH IT HAS TO BE EXACT" card. it's not exact. just close. and if "just close" is fine. then a lot of other abilities are also close.

What is this double standard with cheap shot, forget the level requirement that doesn't matter. But unless cheap shot has the 45% chance for a bonus combo point (the hit chance I don't even think that's relevant in current wow) then it has been changed, you can't say that the talent that made it cost 40 energy instead of 60 was part of the skill if you don't count the 45% chance for a bonus combo point from another talent.

4:22 is crap, they were melee spec till mop when they remove third slot, they then became range spec for two expansions before finally becoming melee spec again, so false Hirumaredx!

When ten thousand or more people will sperg out at you for every little instance of you being wrong, you've gotta know how to stand your ground on the things you believe are genuinely true.
It doesn't help that chat has an average of carrot IQ. Even when he's absolutely correct, he'll still get thousands of people who want to argue with him over it. If he just rolled over for everything because he's meant to accept he's wrong just because the bandwagon says he is, he'd be seen as a bitch, and Twitch chat is far more hostile towards those types. There's also the fact that controversy of any kind sells better on Twitch, so it's better for views.
In the end, the question was a trick question, as admitted by the guy who wrote the list in this video's comments. He was actually correct, people wanted to use semantics over 'exactly' and it backfired.

Asmon wasn't wrong. If you consider mana cost a change then you also have to admit that Cheap Shot's BASE 60 energy requirement changed to 40 later. Your don't have to specc dirty tricks necessarily. It's a standalone talent so you could play a rogue with cheap shot being 60 energy forever until it got changed to 40
So if you don't consider mana changes? Then easy. Rejuvenate still instant.
