As an artist, I personally have never seen such clear instruction on color! You know what you are doing. Wow! Blown away.
Except--even when providing her the multiple mistakes in the way she NAMES colors and the correct definitions--she STILL calls them the stinking wrong names.
There is NO such thing as "khaki green"!!!
There's khaki, defined in the dictionary as tan with a yellowish cast...or there's olive...or as named by the Army itself...olive drab. Some even call it OD green, but that just means olive drab green.

@@lydiabond5393 She has said she's from Russia in a past video...however...and I know this because we lived in Germany as a child and I took German in school...when you learn a new language, you learn the names of the colors in the new language. What is "red" in English is "rojo" in Spanish and "röt" in German, and so forth...and then, if you aren't sure, you look in the dictionary...either a straight dictionary or a German-English dictionary, or the like. I don't believe there is an overlap between English and Russian. The alphabets are even different: English uses the Latin alphabet and Russian the Cyrillic alphabet.
My dad retired from the Army, so that's how/why I know the difference between khaki and olive AND why I'm so persnickity. It's civilians who don't know or mis-label the two colors. In WWII Era military, they wore khaki in the summer (because it wasn't so blasted hot) and olive drab in the winter because it kept them warmer...and they had wool dress uniforms and cotton versions.

Elena, I wear monochromotic outfits MOST of the time and I sincerely appreciate your guidance on this topic, especially about wearing 2 shades of the same colour with a neutral base, that is going to give me a lot to play with!, and about wearing the 2 extremes of the same shade like pink with burgundy, that is actually one of my fav combinations BUT I hadn't realised why and that I could apply the same to other colours🤩 thanks soooo much! I still have some questions though. I can never make my mind reg wearing warm and cold shades on the same outfit, I have a very cold brown skirt and a very warm brown top, I am always unsure about mixing them... also with the pinks I have, never sure whether my pale muted pinks go well with the bright saturated pinks 😭 Also I have a very warm purple top (which i had feom before i realised i was a winter undertone) that I am always unsure weather to wear it with a proper cold purple coat on top.
Elena, could u please consider making a video about the neutrals for winter undertone people? As u mentioned in your video, we wear cold tones of beige, would be nice how to mix and match them, we also dont wear much off-white as make us look a bit sick but pure white instead. I get what you're asking here. I'm the opposite. I'm a soft summer. Pure white or black near my face is a no-no. I must use ecru/winter white and gray. I'm in the process of correcting my wardrobe, piece by piece, little by little. I'm eager to see her Cool video as well.

Said that, I love love love your taste in bags. The blue one and the burgundy are gorgeous and the infinite ways you incorporate them into your outfits has made me rethink my aproach to accesories.
I don't want a big amount of clothes (neither I have the space for them) so I usually go for neutral hues for bags, shoes, belts... and I've been slowly upgranding the quality of my baga. I don't think it was a bad idea, but now I may splurge in a more vibrant colour to make my everyday outfits more interesting and fun!
