Omg hair buddha reacting to my video 😮😂 thank you everyone for your lovely comments too!! The raspberry colour at the end did wash out it just faded and faded until it was a very pale peach colour BUT i decided to stay the raspberry colour as i ended up loving it 😁 ❤
You look amazing as a red head...Really looked good with your skin tone.
U actually really suit the red colour!
Honestly yes, that color looks really good on you, better than the blonde and I bet the peach was also gorgeous
Your accent sounds the exact same as mine, lol
It suits you very well, I really like it ❤❤❤
She could wear any shade of red/ auburn, it looks beautiful!
Yeah, it looks rather pretty with her skin tone
Yes, it really does suit her! I love it!
I think people’s obsession with blonde is Exhausting and I love it ❤😂
She does look lovely with red hair, I hope she keeps it and doesn't bleach again. But hey it's her hair!
Always learning, thanks!
She looks amazing with red hair!
Definitely! The red suits her way better!
I agree!!
Am I the only one seeing dark pink? 😅
@clairewillow6475 sometimes people have a hard time telling the difference between certain colors, like blue/green, purple/blue, and in your case, pink/red. I have trouble with purple/blue sometimes. 🤝
I don't see the dark pink but i still think she would look great in dark pink as well!✨️💗
Thank you so much 😊
She's one of the more knowledgeable people we've seen! I don't know why she didn't go for a honey blonde after that banding!
I don't want to become a hairdresser, I don't want to do hair dye, but watching your videos is so interesting. 😀Your English is impeccable and your comments too. What I like the most are your expressions and your facial expressions which are too cute and often very funny. 😀You always make me smile and laugh. You are doing a great job.👍😀🥰🇨🇦
That red really suited her and she should stick with that for at least 12 months whilst focusing on repairing and caring for her hair with masks and bonding products.
It is possible to fix the hair with the right products, but it won't happen overnight. I've done it before myself after my hair was bleached to smithereens for a hair show and it was rendered looking like crispy straw. I filled my hair with oil treatments and protein / keratin masks and after about 6 months it looked and felt like normal hair again, and this was in the 90's, long before the current iteration of plex / bonding products.
Nooooo definitely keep it red it looks beautiful. Ditch the blonde as it washes your face out. You could wear any shade of red/ copper etc and your skin comes to life. This honestly suits you so very much
I'll never understand people that do all this to just end up black or red at the end. Just get a level 7 or 8 toner and call it a day. Let your hair rest and revisit it in a month or 2. Now your hair is just damaged for nothing.
I love the red at the end, but this was a weird way to get their.
Because people want immediate results yesterday. No one has any patience anymore.
In order to get that vivid of a red she would have had to bleach it anyway. I really like the color she ended up with though, and I think that she should stick with it for a while. :) Let her hair chill out from the bleaching for a while.
The colour suits her AND her hair looks surprisingly healthy after everything it's been through.
It looks very good on her but if Hair Buddha says it's gonna be pink after 15 washes i believe him. He knows his stuff.
Why didn’t she pick a dark blonde to cover up the uneven bleaching? Red is notoriously hard to get out. A dark blonde at least she might have had a hope of removing back to light blonde without totally frying her hair… might not have perfectly covered the unevenness but would have masked it enough that your average non-hairdresser likely wouldn’t have noticed.
She would have to add a pigment to her hair anyway, otherwise it would turn out green. For darker blonde, either gold od orange pigment is needed as a base.
Now I know why I'm very happy I went totally grey naturally.
Ya I have long natural grey with white highlights - everyone asks -where do I get it done? - GOD's salon 😄
@saharatopaz558 I have silver with white streaks on side. I get asked same
I'm 30 but I have a couple dozen of greys already and I love them. I haven't colored/bleached my hair in almost 4 years and it is hip length, it has never looked better. I get compliments all the time.
That end result is beautiful.
Red is the hardest to maintain and in her situation will permanently stain on some areas guaranteed. Trust me. Been there.
Sometimes I get the urge to bleach and dye my very dark brown, hip-length virgin hair but then I watch these videos and I snap out of it lol. I love your videos Hair Budda, you're always so much fun to watch, and educational. Plus that magnificent beard.
Coloring the hair is not problematic, using good quality products would be a good investment since your hair is so long. The damage of bleach is proportional to lift, so if you did some caramel highlights you would have far less damage than going platinum blonde. I always have hair between hip and knee length and have never had any trouble with color, so I would say if you want to color it go for it. ❤
Honestly, I wasn't a fan of that blond on her...but they red is perfect on her. She should stay in the red family...loved it
Your faces always get me 😆😆🤣😂😂
Final results even though not perfect, looks gorgeous on her
Why people think that bleaching your whole hair AGAIN miraculously gets rid of blotchiness or stripes is beyond me. It should be written in the package so that everyone finally gets it.
Agreed.. But people still won't read it.
@@tamarag4767 Ah yes, that is true. How many started reading the instructions AFTER applying it to their head?
it actually did when i did it for the first/second time😂. I had too had red before as well and the first time it looked horrible (horrible enough for a bad taste party lol). with the second bleach it got really good and even and i got a beautiful copper afterwards. (I am naturally very dark). I think i was lucky.
My Savior of Monday is back! The one and only reason I look forward to 10:00 AM EST time on Mondays. Have a beautiful day, Hair Buddha and friends. 🌞❤🌈
I did something similar about ten years ago when I went from dark burgundy to platinum blonde, it took me about three months and cost me hundreds of pounds in box dye and toners, I got the result I wanted eventually but it took a lot of hard work, money, stress and emotional turmoil to get there so for me honestly it was not worth it. If anyone wants a big change like this then I’d always recommend just going to a salon, yes it’ll cost a lot but it will be professionally done and will take the stress away from yourself. Recently this year I went from dark burgundy to copper at the salon and it cost £125 and then it costs £85 once every two months to maintain it and to me although it sounds like a lot of money, it has been worth every penny. If I want my hair bleached I’d always recommend getting it done at a salon. There’s nothing wrong with box dyes but they’re only good for subtle changes. If money is tight and you still want to go for a big change then go to your local college and get it done where they’ll charge only a fraction of what a salon will but you still get decent results.
Yeah, as soon as she said that red was going to fade in 15 washes I was like "oh honey, you're in for a ride". I had bright red hair in high school and wanted to get it out to be blonde again. Well I tried to do it in one day and ended up with a chemical haircut and straw hair, it snapped as I bent it, and the red was still there, it only turned light pink. I was a scene kid back then, so I didn't mind much about the state of my hair, but it still felt weird. Now that I remember it I shiver.
Please watch videos of hair Buddha before attempting to colour your hair 🙏
My boyfriend touches up my roots every 2-3 months. He takes small sections & it doesn't take long at all, it's thanks to watching hair Buddha that he can do it right. 😊
I have a wig that exact red color. It is a very pretty color.
I'm a big fan of wigs/extensions, you can completely switch up your look instantly with no damage or regrets😊
I understand though they may not affordable for everyone, especially good quality wigs made from real human hair, they can easily run into the hundreds of dollars
Yeah in a cosplay WIG. In real life it’s terrible. I would never hire anyone with that hair. She absolutely looked better as a blonde. It suited her pale chubby face. She also needs bangs and some hair thickening gel. Her hair is way too flat especially next to her big face. I don’t get young ppl now days, you all try your hardest to look as fugly as u can. Did your parents not give u enough attention growing up? So now you do all u can to get negative attention from strangers on YT? How sad you all are. Really sad.
Finally have listened to my hairdresser and after dieing my hair for around 30 years am leaving my hair it's natural colour to give my hair a rest. Thanks to you🙂
I have wavy hair and i bleached it so constantly over 15 years, that basically there was no waves left. Now ive given it a rest for about 2 years and rocking my wavy hair its so nice and healthy💜
I love watching your videos, I was a hairdresser for 29 years I could watch you all day xx❤
The red is gorgeous, particularly with her pale skin. Platinum blonde just washes out her face. It's a bit bright but it is not neon.
Embrace it.
i love the red on her, stunning!!
The Raspberry Rebel looks great on her. I thought pink contained red pigment, so there will still be deposits still in her hair even after the 15 washout.
Absolutely gorgeous result, she will feel totally different ❤️
Hi Hair Buddha! You’re such a patient man and you educate us with so much kindness ❤ I keep thinking “Omg don’t be dumb” while I watch people fry their hair (Been there, done that) yet you keep your cool and continue to educate us. You’re amazing and I think your channel is making a difference to many people, not only because you teach us stuff but also because you’re not demonising at home treatments, you’re just teaching us why they don’t work and how to make them work for us! Thank you!
Honestly that end result was almost a miracle. It looked great and really suited her! I thought the outcome would be far less favorable. 😅
Its a wow! that vibrant color is so complimentary on her.
Love your reactions, you are honest and kind and very hair wise keep it up!
The red looks beautiful
Learned my lesson a long time ago. Tried to go blonde & ended up with pink.
I also tried ash blonde and ended up with a green tint.
Wigs! - buy some amazingly coloured/ styled wigs for going out in - Meanwhile hit the salon to get a lovely mid brown bob with auburn highlights for every day wear - let the fried hair rest and grow out ...
Hi, my name is Patience from New Hampshire, US. I've been a hairdresser for almost twenty-four years and have always struggled with color. Fortunately, all the colors I've done have been good, but then again, for the past 10 years, I've been out of the business and only doing friends and family. I would love to study under you. Just your fail videos alone have helped. Thank you for doing what you do! 🤗🤗👍👍from America.
She did two things correctly. 1. She purchased two boxes of bleach. 2. The red she picked is beautiful. Sadly, I think her hair will end up pink.
Me encantan tus videos! De tanto verlos sé todo lo que NO hay que hacer jajaja saludos desde Argentina!
I love it when these pop up in my feed. You’re my favourite ❤🥰
I’ve done this in the past, weeks after I had my youngest ( hes 5 now) I bleached my roots ( 7 months of regrowth) the rest of my hair was platinum, well the roots didn’t lift to a level I was comfortable with, super super gross brass yellow so a couple days later I just dyed it all red with semi permanent dye in order not to damage my hair anymore
Similar experience here. Maybe 4 months out regrowth, which is like 50% grey, will NOT budge past brassy orange. I tried blonde dye which did nothing then wella 050 which like quite nice but now it's growing out and I'm not sure where to go from here. I have a box of brown dye I've kept for emergency, that I've been holding onto but I don't want to use. I'm consulting a friend that is a hair stylist today, as I definitely can't afford color correction in a salon
I don't understand how people think they can do these huge transformations at home. I went from red to blonde at the hair salon, full head foils, fine sections, 20vol... then toning, lowlights, and a trim.. 11 hours!! 11 hours of work. It was done right though, and I'm very happy. I hate how these boxes lie to these girls and promise unrealistic results.. often ruining their hair. This takes skill to get that result.
Because not everyone can afford the ridiculous prices hair salons charge, I have very long hair ( I can sit on it ) the local salon wants €250 to cover up my grey hair in my natural medium blond , I can do it myself for €25 !!!
Red looks way better on her ❤
When Buddha raises his eyebrows!
Thanks for these videos, Hair Buddha. I think the information you share will save many heads of hair.
Red is always a better idea 🥰
Looks great with the red. The blonde washed her complexion out.
Its pretty ♥️ good thing she responded to this vodeo directly for an update 👏😊
Ha ha I love it when she says and then I'm going to do the roots and you're like No No No No Noooooo!
Mi piace ascoltare i tuoi commenti perché sei bravo e professionale.
Don’t try to do difficult things by yourself, it needs to be on a cup or a t-shirt
I believed it faded!! Was using silver with a hint of blue on my silver white hair. It was actually ok but my family wanted to color their hair on thanksgiving so I said sure and used deep teal. It was 3 years ago and there is still a streak or two left! Never again!!
I like the red hair it suits her very well .keep it red
Strawberry blonde would be great on her
Hey, the red is really good, looks nice.
That red really suits her.
Hair Buddha is KING 👑💕
Love you Hair Buddha!
Color looks great in the end and I think it will take her 1500 times , not 15 times to wash it all out 😊
That was another great video! Thanks ❤
The way your face falls when she wants to bleach the middle again 😂
The red looked beautiful on her.. She is lucky
The red auburn suits her better ❤
Yeah, that shade is perfect on her.
The red will never wash away 🤣🤣🤣🤣👩🏻🦰👩🏻🦰👩🏻🦰
Love your videos on what not to do and your comments who are professional and at the same time your so funny. ❤
It looks amazing. But I really truly believe that she could’ve toned the blonde. It was really light
Hair Buddha , new merchandise “purple shampoo saves lives” 😂
“Calm Down and just use Purple Shampoo “
I love hair buddha
That red is beautiful! Better than teh blonde imo 😊
Really liked it, I want this color on my hair hahaha
Love the color
5.31 😂😂your facial expressions are priceless !lol..ironical!g the amount of money ££ ( expensive the cost of living here in the UK) she spent on 6 + hair dyed & toners she could have gone to a small ' no frills ' salon & got it done by a professional
I love the color.
Thank you l learned a lot
I love that color on you
Just go red I used to color my hair red I loves it
I can't believe that she really thinks that red is going to completely wash out. It would have been better if she had used the toner, then did treatments, and then tried again. Either way, she is going to melt her hair off if she keeps bleaching it.
If you're happy with your lengths, clap your hands. If you're happy with your lengths, clap your hands... and know all together...
I like the result on both!!!
Red is her color! 😍
Luv your worried looks💯
What a pretty color, and she looks great !
Red is a good colour for covering bleach fails. But her goal is to still go blonde in a few months and red is so hard to remove! She could have just bought a box of dark or medium ash blonde. That way she can have a more even colour without depositing more red pigment.
First time watching one of ur videos and knowing exactly what's gonna happen. Yes, hair Buddha, that pigment will be around forever😱unless u do what I did. Eventually, I bleached it (still pinky) then did it green and blue like one of the gals in one of ur previous videos which was my inspiration!! I didn't get the sides shaved like her though, think I'll let it grow a bit first 👍🏻
Thoroughly enjoyed this video Ty❤️🌷
❤❤❤
This reminds me from my hair fails in my teens... Especially the time I tried a very pretty wine-like color .... That opened to red... And then a vibrant pink that came from hell ... And stayed a terrible long time.
Omg... Reminds me of when I dyed my hair deep maroon & loved it! Dyed my roots & bc I have so much grey, they were hot pink 🫣
I see a lot of peachy orange undertones in that red. It could still look nice on her as it fades, but it will definitely not go back to blonde!!
The red shade is so pretty. I think that color is better than the blonde on you. It’s very pretty.
Oh my lord the end result looks so much better then that washed out blonde. With her beautiful eyes and skin a chestnut or mahogany brown would be stunning.. Blonde isn’t best on everyone. This mega brite red looked beautiful on her.
I have similar and have been wondering what could be done. I only have professional products, but it doesn’t give me eyes in the back of my head. I also don’t have color so it’s just blonde/brown. It’s been months and maybe I’m just hoping it will grow out enough to cut the ends off. Thank you for posting a situation like this. ❤
Everyone wants blonde , there are soooo many beautiful colours - it's not worth killing your hair for it.
Thanks for the new video 💚💜
Hair Buddha, you would LOVE to do my hair. I used to be platinum blonde for yeeears. It was to my shoulders because of breakage. But I went 4 years without coloring it. Now it’s ALL natural and down to my butt! It’s naturally dirty blonde and I want some highlights to give it some life but where I live, in a small town, there’s not really anyone that’s good with blonde. I live in Oklahoma and I used to drive to Kansas (4.5 hours away) just to have my hair done by someone who owns multiple salons and a cosmetology school and paying over $500 each time.
I like it ❤
Red and black are the hardest colors to change
I luv her accent
❤❤
Since I had went through all of stages with blonde hair colors before my dark brown with red undertones hair naturally during my childhood into early 20s , I have no interest in being blonde but I do love red and auburn brown hair colors personally. I do still have my natural dark brown hair with red undertones in my mid 50s to my hubby's complaint of I have no grey hairs awhile his hair had started to turned grey in his teens. It is endearment hair joke between us because my hubby does actually loves my natural hair color with its soft natural wavy body texture hair that he does keeps touching constantly after over 31 years of marriage! He does amazingly bob hairstyle lengths that brings out my wavy texture moreso fully and bouncy during hot humid weather seasons awhile he knows my hair grows fast to longer middle of back length afterwards in few months. When I do want to color my hair , I will get professional auburn brown hair coloring without need in bleaching my hair. I have never needed to bleach my hair since my hair easily takes auburn and red hair colors. 😂
