148=128+16+4=2^7+2^4+2^2
148 = 94 hex = 10010100 binary. The 8th, 5th and 3rd digit are 1. As 1 is 2⁰, 100 binary is 2², 10000 is 2⁴ and 10000000 is 2⁷ so a=2, b=4, c=7.
Could also just assign 148 to a variable x, keep a tally t=0 and run a recursive sequence: if x is odd subtract 1 from x and assign the value of t to the first vacant letter. Then divide x by 2 , increase t by 1 and check again. Repeat this until x=0.
достаточно перевести 148 в двоичную систему счисления, и уже ответ. 2^7 + 2^4 + 2^2 =148
