How to fix UniFi AP not showing up for adoption

I'm trying to adopt a unify access point but in my scenario, I am not using DHCP IP
It says adoption failed i know it is supposed to take DHCP IP the first time while configuring but I don't have DHCP IP is there any way I can set static IP and configure it?

Have you tried hard reset few times? Sometimes it works after few tries. Good luck.
