you say this as if SA cases ever get the assulter jailed. they are very complicated because unless you have video evidence of it happening it becomes hearseys. search up victims who went to police and see how far it went without video footage.
I know people in real life who went through these processes and 100% the accussed never went to jail. only way for a kind of justice is they take online and let the whole world know and they also risk being sued for defomation.

@@SonicFanBoy138 for every victim it’s different and even after years of therapy and medication I still have the lasting effects of that PTSD. One of the signs I have to say is the way they act. This depends on the type of person who abused/harassed them. Since my abusers (yes unfortunately multiple) were all males that were taller than me, i was always and still am uncomfortable around older men or kids who were taller than me at the time. I used to have (still kinda do) a hard time making eye contact. Even if they were well meaning and trusted adults/teenagers my entire body would tense up. They wouldn’t touch me but I would still have that sense of fear, and then my body would freeze up entirely when contact was made. Usually victims feel ashamed of what happened to them and will avoid talking about sexual abuse. My mother has told me that after my abuse when we pieces things together that I was a lot more quiet than I used to be. I wouldn’t take pictures and whatnot. My mom never forced me to kiss or say goodbye to my relatives if i didn’t want to, but my dad used to. I will never understand why it's so easy for a lot of people to side with the girl who accuses someone of sexual assault and lose every bit of brain they have to understand the situation. Furthermore, they needed a third attempt to even start talking about how Caiti might be lying, but for George was another story. From Caiti's first attempt, you can notice that something is off about how everything is presented. No one needs to pick a side at that moment but there's just not enough evidence to jump to conclusions.
This is a tragedy and an insult to any real victims and to society as a whole. George should definitely sue her for defamation.

Imagine actually being SA'd by someone and then having to listen to this melt reading off her phone and pretending to cry over something that never happened. I don't watch any of Dreams or Georges videos but regardless of thr content they make and whether I like it or not is irrelevant, you don't formulate accusations like these that can warrant very real world consequences, I'm not entirely familiar with the United States Legal system as I'm English but I have a very strong feeling the sentencing for SA related crimes are very similar to our sentencing.
To be totally honestly I saw someone else in the comment section say this but George should 100% press charges under a defamation claim.
At least here in the United Kingdom, her actions would 100% fit into the characterisitcs of Defamation as shes tried to publicly smear his reputation using falsified claims.
She need's to face a very real punishment as she was more than prepared to let an innocent man potentially face prison time for something he didn't do which would compeltely ruin his life as not only would his reputation be shattered, he would also have to address himself onto a register for the rest of his life.

see, george's response and apology is actually what made me believe him the most- even more than all of the glaring evidence. the fact that he wasnt thinking about how his response would affect his career, and instead chose to show honesty, vulnerability, and compassion to someone saying that he hurt them was really commendable. he stated his case, showed his evidence, but still apologized for accidentally hurting caiti. whether he was gaslit into believing he hurt her more than she actually was notwithstanding, it's a great insight into his character and makes me believe that he is a good person who cares more about people than online followers.
and dream and sapnap basically had no choice but to act with the same compassion. they are so tied together as a trio that one of them openly calling bullshit on caiti would damn george even further, no matter how right they were. both of their responses were completely in line with george's response- that george did not hurt caiti intentionally, but they still wish for caiti's safety regardless. it's clear to me from all of this that all three of them just want peace, and they dont want anyone hurt. i like that they prioritized that over their careers. it felt very honest.

This happened to me in highschool. A girl and her friends didn't like me... so she got close/flirted with me, I felt there was some physical consent, and barely anything happened. But the next day, she lied to the principal and the police saying that I r*ed her, and I got expelled and was facing sexual assault charges at 14. The ridiculous situation only ended because the *actual* incident was caught on the cameras in the school. Unfortunately, the damage was done, my friends abandoned me, and I had to move schools.
Often times, men don’t win in cases like this, especially when it comes to the aftermath of being accused, like losing friends, environments, scholarships or sponsorships, sometimes even jobs, no matter if it's the truth, or if it's just completely made-up. Real sexual assault victims get taken less seriously when things like this happen, simply because someone wants to make someone else's life harder. What a pathetic world we live in.

    1. Caiti in her last statement mentioned that she did not watch George's apology video, she also stated that from the beginning she was never interested in accepting his apology. This shows that her intention from the start was to defame him and portray him as a bad person, she not only sought influencia, but also wanted to end george career possibly out of spite or revenge beacause months later, he ghosted her via dms
    2. Sapnap and Dream's decisions influenced public perception, and George's reputation, in a delicate situation like an SA accusation they should have maintained objectivity and waited for all the information to be presented before taking a firm stance, but they were selfish and only cared about looking good and saving own careerss. Even sapnap recently banned anyone who mentioned georges name in his stream chat, but its obvious that eventually he will mention george again, only because it suits him, they are the worst friends
