i got my period when i was 10, but the average age is 10-16 🫶🏽

Every body is different. If you start noticing changes in her body she’ll prob get her period in the next 1-3 years.

Going to a lake and my flo app says my period should arrive a day after so I'm preparing for the chance it comes early :))

i went to the lake a few weeks ago with my friend and her family, and yup i got my period with 3 days left of the trip. i was prepared, though it was hard because i have a super heavy flow and could bleed through a super tampon in about 3 hours on heavy days. this said, being on a boat for about 8 hours and going to dinner afterwards is very hard considering theres no bathroom around to change. it was tough.
