Upon building our new custom home, we opted to start over with furniture in some of our main rooms including our living room. Upon doing some research and shopping in person, we landed upon Albany Park and decided to purchase the Kova Couch and Park Swivel Chairs. In this video, I'll be sharing my review on Albany Park including our experience with online ordering, delivery, assembly, and our thoughts on the couch and chairs so far after having them for the past 6+ months.

good to know they’re easy clean!! I’m thinking about the park swivel chairs but my roommate can’t eat without spilling
Oh no. Very easy to clean. We have one of those handheld carpet cleaners and I use that with the carpet cleaning spray if anything drips on the chairs or couch and it comes out quicker than if I do any manual scrubbing.

Can you share what fill your couch has? I know their previous couches had down feathers, but now they are using microfiber fill as least that’s what their website states.
I have the microfiber fill.

We got the beige fabric
What holds the separate bases together? I feel like every time I’d get up id push the ottoman or the L shape part away? Thank you
The bases are held together by a clip at the bottom that attaches to each other. The ottoman doesn't have a connection so that it can be moved to any part of the couch, even the center.
