Speed bar / spar bar drill for beginners | Abbzfit

These are a couple of simple drills to get started on the speed bar.
Start with straight one two duck, then once you feel more confident, then use the pyramid system to step it up a level.

I just bought the spar bar and the heavy bag and speed bag I jump roped I can do boxer skip all of that and stuff I used to be a bit fat but now I’m pretty slim and buff and uh I decided to buy the spar bar I just busted my heavy bag so yeah I need a new one
