Once broken in, the best grade to resist thermal breakdown would be a full synthetic 20/50 V-TWIN motorcycle oil. Mobil 1, Valvoline & (Supertech Wal-Mart house brand) all offer it...
I bought one this year, 2024. Its fun. spedo is not working, waiting for company to send me parts, i think its just missing a little ring between the speedo puck and front wheel. 900ish plus 400 for shipping, right to my door in 9 days, some assembly, not bad. Helps if you are a bit mechanical, fun to learn small engine on, if you want something user friendly go Yamaha or Honda, but they are 3500. Im big, 290, bike goes about 50 mph with me. Not for highway use. Super fun tho in town. a 250 for me would have been better but 1300, i spend more on computers, lots of fun. I work 3 miles away, great commuter in good weather. Id keep it even if I get a bigger proper motorcycle, its so easy simple fast and convenient to get on, comfortable, like a motorized bicycle. In Oregon you need a motorcycle licence so the course and insurance and registration is a bit of work.

If I had to buy it again I probably wouldn’t to be honest. Mine has a hard time starting, I think it’s because the gas is gravity fed. I am not 100 percent on that. The reason I think that is because it was having a extremely hard time staring and I shortened the gas hose and put it on more of a angle and the starting for better but still has problems so I think it has something to do with that. I haven’t used it enough to have to get replacement parts, I would probably go to the manufacturer websites or see if they have them on Amazon when I need them.

I need a quick vehicle to and from work because catching the Uber every work shift piles up and right now I can't save up money the way I want to so I was looking for a solid Gas Scooter /Motorcycle around that price range and unfortunately I can't find any affordable places here in Houston TX and I never had Credit, In just starting to build my Credit so I can't get on a monthly payment plan...so my options are limited. But yeah, this is going to be a difficult decision I'll have to make...and there aren't many affordable Scooter 🛵 websites I trust. 😮💨
How was your purchase experience ? Did you have to pay a $400 delivery fee ? How's she running & was the seller responsive ? So many of these Chinese scooter dealers are sketchy as all get out. Yes I paid the delivery fee. It was running bad at first because it had the wrong instructions book so it had me put in the wrong oil. I switched it out. It also was stalling but I changed the carburetor and it’s running good now. I have a video of me changing that. The were responsive they sent me the carburetor for free and they reimbursed me for the oil I had to purchase.

Yes your technically need a motorcycle license and insurance. I myself do not have either because I just use to to go 3 miles back and forth to work. It comes with a bill of sale that you take to the title bureau and get the title. Yes you can ride it on the highway. I got it up to 62 mph, could probably go alittle faster. Yes it is easy to assemble it comes with instruction manual that has a QR code that you can scan and it will take you to an assembly video.
