Hi makkro, what do you think about going ingenious hunter when you know that your are going early heartsteel and unending dispair? I know that its kinda weirdge to skip inspiration tree for domination, but the 50 haste (33% CDR) on items seems kinda busted on unending dispair.
Domination tree on top lane sucks super hard since youll only get 1 or 2 stacks for 20 minutes
True but you get 20 item haste just for taking the rune base. Could be good into easy lanes, ive taken it on pantheon who has roam potential and it works well but for ornn youd be relying on a big teamfight for stacks. @@Makkro

Absolutely agree, one can buy full defenses and nothing else and get abilities cd and damage from it.
When another just gets free stats for upgrading items...
