    [About this song]
    This work, also known as "Pai no pai no pai," was released in 1918, and its melody is taken from Henry Clay Work's "Marching Through Georgia." After its release from Satsuki Soeda, it became very popular and various lyrics were added to it besides the one in this video.

    This was an office built in 1918 by a company called Tokyo Marine Fire Insurance, and officially called the Tokyo Marine Building.

    This is a common phrase among ragmen (屑屋/Kuzuya).

    秀孝院威徳弘道存覺
    「パイノパイノパイ」は、演歌師の添田知道(添田さつき)によって作詞され大正時代に流行した俗謡である。東京節(とうきょうぶし)ともいう。元々のメロディーは、ヘンリー・クレイ・ワーク作曲の「ジョージア行進曲」(Marching Through Georgia)である。

    I am Japanese.
    The building with the lyrics "marine building" at 0:35 will be "kaijo building" as the singing voice.
