I think Chas should just end it with Carl. Tell him she knows that he has been cheating on her. Chas should show Carl that she is better than he and that even though he deserves to be beatened and embarrassed in front of the entire town, she is better than that. Give him something he does not deserve - dignity.
This is going to cause massive rows in our house, as it will be on at the same time as Dr Who. I hope she doesn't say yes, but like others, I'm afraid that she might. My question, so far. after reading the comments as of this day and time is: Haven't some people been watching the Chas and Carl storyline in the past two weeks. Our Carl has revealed some complexity in this character and can't be easily dismissed as a cheating horn dog anymore. He's been shown to actually have some depth of caring for Chas. So, I'm looking for an unexpected turn-out. I hope they go thru with the wedding acknowledging sometime beforehand their mutual deceptions of each other.
Despite my wish for this storyline to conclude as I've mentioned in my previous comment would be delightul, it might happen otherwise. Considering her inordinate need to be the center of attention, Hazel may disrupt the ceremony. If she doesn't tell off someone or the whole congregation, even, in her blow-hard way, she'll probably cut the biggest fart ever. Something that could be heard across Emmerdale. LOL
I hope they dont get rid of anyone else on this show !!!!!! Thanks Again from the U S !!
