There is a literal world ending threat that he himself have seen and experienced first-hand, and Alleria goes “She hurt my feelings.” It puts things into perspective. We don’t know how old Locus-Walker is either, or what else he has experienced. Alleria’s emotions are probably just a small fragment compared at what is at stake.

Them referring to Dimensius as a "void lord" back in TBC was probably a mistake and the writer of that quest didn't understand the scale of what a Void Lord truly is.

I mean I guess they didn’t know it was Xal’atath but I figure they should know what it implies by the term harbinger and rule out the possible threats to be prepared for what can come.

Blizzard needs to be careful. Because one of three things will happen. One, we stop Dimensius from ever setting foot on Azeroth. Two, he sets foot on Azeroth, and the status quo changes. We lose most everyone we know just to put an end to him. Or three, they write off their biggest money-making franchise because Dimensius is simply far too powerful to stop, period.
Azeroth is clearly either a void lord or old god. All the signs point to it. From the parralle to the Etheral home world and Dimensius and the fact that Azerite is literally just Saronite. Name Azeroth is also just the highest Lovecraftian god
