Gotta admit, my mind was blown away too making the connection that the guy fron House MD is the dad from Stuart Little.
His face, voice, and character are pretty much the EXACT SAME in the movie and show.
Had no idea what his name was but knew that it was house that was the dad. Haven't seen the movie in 15 years but watched it everyday from the age of 6-7 haha

I graduated in 2010...texting was still something only kids did to communicate when we weren't like allowed to talk(in class). Call was still primary, and it wasn't called "texting" yet. You'd "exchange text messages" or "send SMS messages" lol it's a fair point tbh

A block? Or like the one in water? My market has the “log” that’s in water and pre-sliced into discs and that stuff is one of the most enticing “eat on its own” snacks I can even think of. Now I need to get some to snack on

@@Broketheair I mean in terms of how it’s made, yes. But it’s often sold dry - as shredded mozzarella for pizza, maybe a block that’s not shredded (that you can shred for pizza… lol) or string cheese. All dry form, but yeah that sucks to snack on, compared to the ball or “log” that is sold still soaking in water!
Edit: apparently the distinction is termed “fresh” vs “low-moisture”, where low-moisture is dried/briefly aged and ultimately sold dry. “Fresh” is still soaking in water.

This is 100% true I'm ot joking my sophomore year of highschool my school said "we're going to flex mod" so the next the next years there was 23 ish 15 minute blocks of schedule. There was no bell you had to know when your classes were and go there on your own. Classes could take multiple blocks and also over lap with each other. If there was a gap between your classes you could eat lunch, go to little study rooms where an on duty teacher would help if you needed anything. It went kinda hard but I was also a junior and senior under this with almost no needed credits. Freshmen had a fucked up nightmare schedule.

Yes I had 7 classes a day. 6 with homework, since one of those was PE. I don't think I did a single page of homework in all of high school though. I wasn't going to spend 10 hours at school / getting to and from school just to spend the rest of my day doing mind-numbing useless review.
Same. Did most of my homework though, but only what I could cram during study hall/free periods. We actually had 8 periods a day - one of which was always free due to PE being free since I was in a school sport.
Past freshman year, another free period was baked into the 8 periods, except when our overachieving-ass school encouraged throwing in an extra AP class so that I had 2 of one class type (e.g. math being both AP Calc *AND* AP Statistics). At that point, whatever homework couldn’t get finished during the day in free periods, the beginning of the class, or other classes (lol) was just turned in incomplete and I just dealt with that.
Cuz screw homework after waking up at 5:30am and getting home around 7pm after athletics practice/games. Plenty of kids did their full assignments ahead of time, but I just couldn’t accept being pained to that severe of an extent

Now I feel weird for my 45 minute class periods. We could have up to 9 in a day but we usually didn't, it was different for every day of the week. Sometimes you'd have first two periods off but go until ninth, or you'd start fresh at 8:15am but only go until lunch and then beat it back home

I watched Stuart little growing up so it was the first time seeing that actor. Not knowing it was house til years later. I also had no idea it was Michael j fox for the same reason. I was too young to know a ton of actors. I never seen house but when I do I’ll think of Stuart little. And I have yet to see geena Davis in anything else.

I could grate half a block of mozzarella and eat it in one sitting. Grating it is a game changer especially if it's the softer kind. Actually nah even if it's the harder kind it makes it better and I cannot explain why
