Manufacturing Partners for Frozen/Cooler Food:
Co-packers: Companies like OSI Group and Simmons Prepared Foods specialize in frozen and refrigerated foods, including meat products like hamburger patties.
Private Label Manufacturers: There are multiple companies that can produce your product under your brand name. Examples include Third Generation Food Company in MN and Request Foods.
Local Partnerships: Sometimes, local or regional manufacturers can offer more flexible terms and lower minimum order quantities.
Packaging Manufacturers for Hamburger Patties:
Genpak: Known for their sustainable packaging solutions, they offer a variety of options suitable for frozen foods.

I prefer to build pricing into cogs. There are multiple reasons and methods to this for cpg. I'll produce a video on this terrific topic. There are situations that offering a pickup allowance will provide benefit too.
Does costco source out Multi-layered flexible food packaging material with or without printing ?
Great question. There are opportunities and in general suppliers are the big purchasers of flexible packaging for food products including Kirkland Signature brand.
I sell a gut health/anti-bloating supplement that does around 500K/month in revenue on Amazon. Unique packaging, Strong Bulk pallet case pack/packaging, can easily supply large amounts of pallets. Would that be something that would succeed at Costco?
