So, the elf saves the day, the nord saves the elf and the breton(?) joins the bad guys. Just a usual Saturday night.
Well the Breton didnt "Join" the bad guys, after he was stabbed and if you look at like 4:34 you can see the daedric mage doing something to him, then a horse came out of nowhere to get him and he rode to cyrodil with an army of the undead. he is being used as a puppet to take the city down.
So, who becomes the new breton leader.
Emile Bautista Well he is still being used as a puppet to take cyrodil, it cut off there so we have yet to see what will become of him if there is a third trailer.
No nord saves Breton and Breton saves day and elf becomes evil you can tell because Bretons are battlemages and the one that saved day was a battlemage and these were same as from the alliances trailor and the one that went evil was being an archer in that so wood elf
Ethan Rae The breton is the assassin dude that turns into a zombie or whatever, the elf chick is the mage that saves the day by destroying the chain and the nord is the one that uncovers the ruble from the elf chick.for some reason we have yet to find out. If you didn't see the breton get stabbed and the elf chick is the mage (Not a breton) that saves the day. Get your facts right :P

We aren't mostly complaining about the CGI trailer, what we're really concerned about is the game itself. The CGI trailer also does nothing to set itself from other CGI videos for MMOs. It has that "just another action video" feel to it, nothing remarkable.
I wish the actual game can look this good... Maybe ten years later?

Fantastic animation. It seems a shame that it is used for a trailer of a game. If there was a film or TV series with this level of art direction and storytelling, set in the Elder Scrolls universe, I'd buy it on blu-ray. It would replace Game of Thrones and The Hobbit.

It's content. They promised 100% of content would be covered in sub fees. Cash shops for cosmetics and shit I don't care about, but when they say "you pay once per month after the first 30 days and the entire game is available to you." and other things like that and than lock an entire race behind a paywall, that's not cool.

Back then (Morrowind & Oblivion) the Game was Complete.THEN add DLC for fun.Morrowind was my fist game from Bethesda.And I can tell you Its still my favorite today and will be until I get my hands on another Fallout!

It's funny how people think they're TES experts after they played Skyrim. Yes they changed the style of high elves looks in this game. But Bethesda did the same thing as well. I mean, in Oblivion, high elves pretty much looked like imperials with pointy ears. Compared with Morrowind, where they looked like aliens.

I have friends who only played Skyrim, and they think they are experts when it comes to TES, just because they played one game, they think they know everything. It is annoying as fuck to handle with those kinds of people :/

I see another SWTOR online disaster looming, with demands for money back, people are not looking for a typical MMO anymore, we've had that a dozen times already. The good people are looking for something more, something special, something memorable, which is what Elder Scrolls is famous for...
It is allot to live up to, but it is a reputation that must be upheld, if this MMO does not give an satisfying Elder Scrolls experience, then the good name of Bethesda shall be drug through the dirt and we may lose the trust in this once great company, with every fiber of my being I hope they will not let us down, but so far the feedback is not good.

ive played the beta and its just like world of Warcraft there is no elder scrolls kinda fell to it anymore plus the graphics aren't so great this is why they probably done a cinematic instead of game play because they would lose a lot of money
DaCreedStudios Or they done it because they wanted to set the story with an awesome video and they aren't ready to show the game in depth yet. I agree that the Elder Scrolls feeling isn't there when it comes to gameplay, but it's definitely there in terms of story, lore and atmosphere.

Some guys fight, then some undead dudes with a flesh golem show up, everyone starts fighting them, hope is faint, then a chick saves the day but is nearly killed, a guy carries her into the sun. Why certainly, that's what the TES series has always been all about.

Nik Red The word combination "turns out" usually signifies that the writer now understands the subject. What the author found hard to understand is usually stated in previous sentences.
If by foul play you mean necromancy, the necromancer isn't a daedra.
Sobakus we know by fact, especially if you played beta that molag bal uses a lot of necromancer to bring back past champions and other important historical figures to make additions into his forces and act as generals, dremora also have this ability and we see before he was kneeling that the dremora was adept in magic.
It's not a big stretch to just say he's been made into molag bal's undead minion. Also I spent 9/10 of the beta weekends crafting, hunting for treasures, doing puzzles and talking to shit that's bout what a TES game is about right? ;)

Kozakpoland Actual adults realise its the price of a movie ticket per month. So lets say a 2 hour movie, hell, lets say 3 hours just for shits and giggles, compared to being able to play a game for up to 730 hours give or take depending on which month of the year one may be inclined to subscribe. Seems like a fair deal to me. Not to mention it may help to avoid micro transactions as well as expensive DLC and allow the budget for improvements to be made.

Crap? Bethesda always delivered a great products. I have never been disapointed by their products, like Skyrim, Oblivion or the Fallout series, and I expect Wolfenstein to be great too. They made a pvp game and you are free to buy it or not. I personally do not have a lot of time to play but I will definitely support them.

Brent Kullrich It's more than likely he's working for an alliance or for his self. It's safe to say that he's not working for Molag Bal, as he's going against Molag Bal's interests.
Considering he's a Breton Dragonguard (The Dragonguard are basically the Blades but for the high king of Daggerfall), it stands to be that he'd be working for the Convenant.

Played the beta myself, and found it very dissapointing. The thing that killed me the most was the extremely bad graphics and poor combat system. Hope it will change at the release date. But I can't see how they should be able to improve the game that much before the actual release date.
Well the graphics are most likely for the full version. They are giving you the dummed down version to iron out the bugs and find out what people want and don't want.. And for improving the game, it can actually be down in 2 months. I study game development and I'm in my second year of uni and it can be done
