@Joanna, you can select a location close to you. But I will recommend you visit the Force CID (located on the 2nd floor of the Force HQ in Asokoro), as from my experience, things get done faster there.
Remember to go with your international passport booklet once you are called for biometric capture. Also, toddlers are not allowed inside.
