I forgot about how bad 7DTD used to look and how easy it was to get a gun at the start. I can't think of many games that have gone through so many variations in gameplay and graphically and not charge extra for it, that's what I love about The Fun Pimps, so many people complained that 7DTD was still in early access yet don't see the bigger picture, that The Fun Pimps could have just gave up on 7DTD or got greedy and just create a new IP with the same everything with just updated gameplay and graphics.
Don't tell anyone, I am sad the game has gone gold. Constant changes gives me lots of fun, content for YT and is exciting/frustrating at every turn. #AlphaForever
Did you splice in ancient alpha footage with the dev live stream footage? And I don't mean at the end. Because a lot of it looked like throw back hot garbage. Like at 4:25? Sorry, not a fan of the really old alphas. And a lot of the footage you were showing was really throwing me off. Hopefully Version 1.0 will be out before summer ends, but I've been around long enough to not hold my breath. Hope for the best, but expect the next "alpha" to be delayed... ;)
@@Phys1csGamez Sorry, I know I can come off a bit too strong at times. I'm a huge retro gaming fan myself - been gaming since 1980! I've just encountered so many 7d2d fans that insist {insert alpha number here} was the best alpha ever. And {insert current alpha number here} has completely ruined the game. And they insist they shouldn't have to use any mods to make the game the way they want - it should just be that way. Oh boy... I can see the nostalgia factor in playing an older alpha, but for me, I don't wanna play anything older then Alpha 16. At least not for more then 5-10 minutes.
@@siliconpenguin Well I am sure you realise that I don't mind a bit of modding. Also the idea here was the use of Alpha 1 when talking about v1 to show the aspects that were already there then lost eg pig or aspects like the variations in trees that could be argued should of been brought back. I was not making a video to annoy people. Just to get them thinking.

Yes I did say before the gameplay that I had used footage from alpha 1. I enjoy all the old versions when I get the spare time to play them.
