@@user-ev4kx7wn1w я готовлю на ощупь, мначала муку, а затем пюре тыквы, чтобы не было как на оладьи, в конце раст.масло... всё как обычно
В тыквенный хлеб можно добавить и корицу, а готовые припудрить или помадкой, будут булочки... я от её фантазии в восторге, а паровой хлеб это у них национальное, как рис и соя...

- Flavor wise, it's more like a bread than a cake, so you can probably double the sugar for a sweet bread flavor.
- My dough came out a lot wetter than hers (I used all purpose flour).
- I used cranberries and chopped apricots for the fruit, next time I may add golden raisins and/or mango as well. The fruit really adds to the sweetness, so in the future I won't be as shy with my portions as I was today.
- I didn't have a good way to steam mine so I baked covered at 375F, a total of about 25 minutes. They had a little bit of a crust of top, probably because of the dry baking, but were still soft and light inside.

I think as long as it's still steamed in the oven I think it's alright. But if just baking in oven it's probably not going to get quite as high and springy
