I too live in South Africa and I'm so glad to see Mr beast inform so many about the housing issue in my country. It is an excellent job that you are doing to help people, but I need, I wish there were this type of collaborators all over the world.
I went to Africa myself a few years ago, and seeing this really warms my heart. I was staying in a big house with electricity while I was there, but I did see the poverty down in Africa in a bunch of their villages. We also taught at a deaf school and saw what a deaf church was like and it was just really fun seeing how these kids and these people would just make the most out of their resources. They really deserve much better. Thank you MrBeast.
On paper Africa is one of the fastest developing places, but it will take a long time for them to make everything they need so that everyone can live a prosperous life.
With no need for heating, the cost per person just has to be a lot cheaper

Seriously, some people already struggle enough in first world countries let alone third world countries, the odds are stacked against you more than any place in a first world country. Those that make enough money to live well more than likely earned it and worked hard, but those who worked hard and share their success with those in need really are something special. Beast Philanthropy is the embodiment of that special.
