The Binding of Isaac Meat 4 Evar Pacifist Challenge Attempt 1

Two attempts at doing the Meat 4 Evar challenge without using my own attacks. Only thing I can use them for is blowing up doors to skip rooms, hitting objects and machines for items.
I think this can be done on a normal run outside of this challenge, but you have to get lucky and get the Cube of Meat or closest to it. The Friend Till The End could be used, but is a bit awful since the flies disappears when hit and only come back with another kill (I think?).
