I bought OT2 on Steam out of spite because this game didn't even get to be nominated for the best music in TGA 2023 Definitely one of the best decisions that I've made in that year

Hehe, I wonder how many people will notice the initial of each character when placed like that write: OCTOPATH. Not quite many people realise this little "pun" they did on both games. :)
@@kuronyra1709 No, i don't think, that a lot of people will notice this detail. The devs themselves already did a different line up in the postgame of the first game with the placement of certain enemies and i also enjoy this attention to detail. When it comes to their respective "For" themes however, you can't really line them up in the O-c-t-o-p-a-t-h line as well as in the second game. Hearing For Truth right after For Dedemption is... quite the experience. If one really wants to go for a musical line like this, then this is the one, i would personally go for: Ophilia(For Light) -> Cyrus(For Truth) -> Tressa(For Treasure) -> Olberic(For Redemption) -> Primrose(For Revenge) -> Alfyn(For Succor) -> Therion(For Freedom) -> H'annit(For Master)
@ATEW you should move Ochette, Castti and throne (keep in order) and move them after Hikari, essentially just starting with Oswald. The whole thing flows so much better since Oswald’s is so empossing.

The 1st game already had a stellar soundtrack, but this game really knocked it out of the park.
It truly was a disgust, that this game didn`t get a nomination for best soundtrack at the game awards.
Square rocked the heaven with this OST.
At least THIS is something that has all of them. And it flows real well too.

I would love to hear an extension of Ochette's(In Pursuit of Legends) theme and i really can't get enough of 0:13 - 0:36 .
I don't know if you can do it, but you can do compilation of all the character's themes?
I've thought about it so I'll definitely try doing it at some point
