Dr.Swamy has always something worthwhile to say. Considering the long delay in the case, I have doubts about the capacity and resolve of the agencies to do a thorough job of investigation, especially in the case of a clever and sophisticated crook like PC. PC has been part of the government for long, and he must be having his men in bureaucracy and agencies still.
The sound recording in this video is just horrible, and there is too much background noise.
