Yay electric start, add weight for no apparent reason. I never understood why people do that, especially when they are more than physically capable of pull starting their sled. I weigh 145lbs and cold start my 800 with one hand in -30C temps.... I was always told growing up from my kitty cat and up that if you can't start it, you cant ride it.

i always wonder why i never see videos of a snowmobile in a mud pit. seems like there would be plenty opportunity for a kickass time!

+Aofex yes the snowmobiles need a lot of snow to keep the motor cold and that's probably the reason why he stop at the end (sorry for the bad emglish i am french)
If you put a little work into you can add a radiator and ride it for a longer time without snow
He does say at the beginning that he hopes he doesn't blow up the engine, by overheating it, that's probably why he didn't keep going.

08 sno pro 600's are pretty cheap and the seating position is similiar to a dirt bike (if that is what you want)

what do you mean by experience? i have tons of power/ torque on my 600 short track but cant get skis up too high without a small bump
Graham Buchan It takes experience to know how to flick it just right for the skis to pick up. You can see him place his feet farther back and throw his weight towards the back of the sled as he hits the throttle. It'll be different on every sled, so you just have to keep trying and see what works for yours. It'll also be different depending on the terrain you're on, so it'll take a while to really get to know how to handle the sled just right. It's not just power you need to control a sled, you also need to know how to position yourself and handle the power.
Jack Begley alright thanks im always on hardpack since i live close to the lake. i do place my feet farther back and shift my weight but my weight transfer is difficult since im just over 100 pounds
