    I love Glamnetic’s nails. The only ones I can get to stay on. I usually have to pry them off. Maybe they just suit my nail shape best. I put on some impress last night and took them off today because they moved around so much. Awesome that there’s something out there for everyone.

      Agreed! I think it's a nail shape thing. Thanks for chiming in 🩷

    I'll stick to my usual drugstore press on nails. 👍☺️ Thank you for the review.

      Me too! They're cheaper and more reliable. Thank you for watching 🌞

    I think their quality may have changed over the last year because I’ve tried many press ons and Glamnetic is one of the best quality and durability. They last me easily 2 weeks and can last longer but I get bored of them after 2 weeks and change them.

    Sad that they did not last because the green ones really were pretty. The prettiest out of all the ones that you received. When watching this video I was thinking about how the nails with the adhesive like impress or dashing diva really do save you because that adhesive keeps you from having emergency pop offs. The adhesive is going to keep the nail on even if it’s loose until you can get somewhere to really fix it before it just pops completely off.

      That's true! I can usually feel it about to come off but it won't pop. It stays there for a bit as you said. The green ones were nice, I got a lot of compliments! Too bad.

    I’ve not tried the nails because they are a little pricey and I don’t like many of the designs, but I love the brush on glamnetics glue! It is the best I’ve ever used.
    Have you tried Sally Hansen nails? I just bought a really cute set of tortoise shell nails from them and I’m excited to try. I also think you’re right about fit being a big contributor to individual people getting a manicure to last. I can get a set of regular kiss glue ons to last for 3 weeks with the glamnetic glue but any other brand I try with the same glue pops off in days. I’m hopping the Sally Hansen works because they have really cute designs!

      I think we're all coming to the same conclusion! Shape & curvature affect the wear time. I need to try the Sally Hansen's, I haven't yet.

    Thank you Mia! I keep thinking about trying other brands than the Impress, but reviews are so iffy on the other brands. At least I know from experience how the Impress work for me. I heard you mention the Dashing Diva - are they another good brand?

    • @MiaHasDiggles
      @MiaHasDiggles  Před 7 měsíci +4

      Yes, I have really been enjoying Dashing Diva for the past year. They have slightly better styles than ImPress and their staying power is just as good. They also have a slimmer fit, for better or worse.

    that is too bad they didn't last. I love glamnetic nails, I use the brush on glue, and i can get them to stay on 3 weeks. I may have one pop off, or even 2, but for the most part they work for me. I know they are more curved and that doesn't work for alot of peoples nails. but I love their short almond sets.

    • @MiaHasDiggles
      @MiaHasDiggles  Před 7 měsíci +2

      I was wondering if it was the curvature for me. I'm going to try the short set next, I think. Maybe I'll get more wear time. Thanks for watching!

      That glue is no joke! I use it with regular Kiss nails and I get three weeks.

    Great review. I see these nails all the time and wonder about them. I am also very hard on my nails. The first thing that goes for me is my hair gets caught in the cuticle side of the nail (it's feels like nails on chalkboard!) That's when I know it's time to take them off. Does that happen to you?

    • @MiaHasDiggles
      @MiaHasDiggles  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Yes! The worst is when I wash my hair and hairs get stuck in the cuticle with every lather 🤣

    I like Glammetic but yeah you picked some ugly designs. lol My mother wanted to try press-on nails so I gave her a set I ordered a couple years ago from impress. I did proper application technique but they all popped off within 48 hours. I think the adhesive attached to the nails must have an expiration. I only added glue to one and that one is the only one that lasted.
    Glammetic sells adhesive nail tabs separately that I use with all my press-on nails in conjunction with a drop of glue. I haven’t cracked a nail yet.
