  • I tried Olive & June, which is a brand that claims to fix the fit issues of press-on nails by providing more sizes than ever. How did they fit?

The Olive & June nails have a strong C-curve, which could be what is causing the thumbnails to pop off. I flatten them out a bit before I glue them on.

I love O&J and really wanted to love the press ons, but that curve is the deal breaker for me. It feels like the press on is trying to lift my nail.

So I watched all of your videos to see which nail brands you have reviewed and me personally, I love olive and June and I can get my nails to last three weeks with without any popping off but for me, that’s typically any brand I use and normally I have to take them off myself. It could be my process of of how I prep and do my nails and the glue that I use or it could just be that I have really good luck I work in a factory, so I’m constantly putting a lot of damage on my hands and I find that olive and June have the strongest nails. I have never had a pair break on me at work but I have had other brands break on me but me personally if I’m going to pick a set to wear as an every day average person I am going to pick Olive and June. Their nails are just really strong and they last and they look really good because I have weird nailbeds apparently and other brands just don’t like to curve to my nail shaped even though I think I have average hands they just never fit once they get to the tip and you can always see my nail underneath even though I cut them really short before application

Try doing these at night right before bed like teeth brushed and everything. Leaving time between doing your nails and touching water helps them stick better. Doing them before bed leaves 8ish hours without you having to touch water or just anything.

I usually get 12 days out of them, usually have one problem nail (probable user error) but once I glue it back on it's no problems. Beats paying $70 to get them done at a salon!

I wear these and I honestly see that my thumbs stay on the longest. My nails usually stay on for 2 weeks. I think the ones for me that would pop off within those two weeks might be the index finger/middle finger but it would be after 1st week. I also learned that my nails had popped off in the beginning for me when I first started was the sizing. I sized down and it popped off trying to keep it on. I had to size up slightly to keep it on longer.

I’m trying these nails for the first time and the curve is making it hard to get them to stick 😢

My personal favorite is chill tips! But the only downside is their selection is relatively small.
