Listen it is what it is. Think about the person that sits next to you. You think we want to sit beside someone that spills over into the that seat. Some flights are packed. I'm 6'10". There are things I can't do because of my height and I deal with it. I have neck issues because I spend most of my day ducking overheads. Including flying! My knees stick right against the seat in front of me. The seat is constantly pushing on my knees the entire flight. You want more space for your body but I legitimately have neck and back complications because nothing is designed for a person my size. Tee shirts look like belly shirts. Pants look like capris. I pay extra to get almost every piece of clothing tailored so I look normal. We have to play the hand we were given. I do not have any sympathy. You should be forced to pay for an extra seat or just don't fly. If it's embarrassing, or you feel shamed, why does it bother you? You're big. Accept it, or do something about it and no one can hurt you.

3:25 They choose to eat so much food every day that they get that fat and stay that fat. It's disgusting to think of how they choose every day to eat so much more food than a normal-sized person then expect others to accommodate their much-bigger size. There are much taller and more muscular people who could fit into a seat that a person complaining about it being too small couldn't fit into. Maybe if they stopped spending all their money filling their faces and got some exercise, there wouldn't be a problem and they could afford nicer seats, if they wanted. People that are poor and fat also tend to be extra dumb. While they might not want to be fat, they also don't want to deal with the consequences of their actions and everyone being extra nice to those who just take up more space and resources is a waste. May the extra-nice people who enable those extra-fat, extra-selfish people share the same fate.
3:29 If shaming them sends them further down, then they're so weak that they should be made to fend for themselves. Life is just. Evolution is meant to weed bad people out. We shouldn't be enabling the ones that can't control themselves to the detriment of better people.
If anyone depends heavily on others being nice just so they can get their way, they're parasites, in this case fat parasites.
