Years ago, before decent, affordable, hard-wearing outdoor clothing was widely available, most outdoor hobbyists (detectorists, fishermen/women etc.) would turn to their local Army surplus store for their gear.
Since it was all ex-mitary stuff, it was predominantly olive green and camouflage.
The trend stuck and now it's ingrained in the culture 😃😎👍

Great for storage at home but personally I like to carry as little as possible when detecting.

I broke both straps over 8 months of use, maybe because i didnt use the waist strap, i sewed the straps back on with dental floss and they are holding strong, if i buy another one ill probably stich it with floss before it breaks
I keep my finds bag, digger, pinpointer, predetor pheonix shovel and legend in the backpack
Maybe i dragged it on the floor because the bottom outer layer is ripped on mine, im going to sew some denim along the bottom to make sure it dosnt turn into a hole
Keep bringing it on mate, was looking for some better to put my bits in.

Good for home storage for all your kit when finishing detecting... to big to carry around on a dig.
