I use to be a little aggressive, when having different opinions with my colleagues; but starting today forward I will pretend to be an extra polite by using your amazing tips and strategies.

Politeness and good manners in general are something that is really lacking nowadays. I'm 28 but i think this is more of a social problem than a generational one. People more and more often don't seek dialogue, they only want their opinion to prevail over others because that's what society teaches them. As simple as this video may seem to other people, i find it to be really good. This is what i call quality content. Thank you, m'am.

These are good phrases in English which tell the level of maturity that an antagonist has in handling a situation. The person won't feel so offended that much rather he/she would look into the opponent's perspective point deeply. Thank you for share these clauses. I guess they will help many people in their disagreement dialogue.
