Oro Bailen - A Quest for Perfection

The producers of Oro Bailén do not simply sell a product, they transmit a philosophy to the consumer through a bottle of artisan oil. The province of Jaén, Spain, produces more olive oil than any other province in the world. While most Andalusian producers focus on the quantity of oil, Oro Bailen has an extreme dedication to quality and produce their extra virgin olive oils exclusively from olives grown on the family’s groves.
According to master miller José Gálvez, "the most fulfilling part of this work is to see and to feel the evolution of the product. How we take care of even the smallest details about the fruit, the harvest, and every process to obtain our final EVOO.
