Also to note. Every Virginia tech home game news channels report earthquakes because of the shaking from all of the jumping at lane stadium during the entrance
I didn't think we would make number 1 so after Clemson I was like this guys never seen a hokies game if it didn't make top 5... nothing like the beamer days but still one of the best.

The beauty of it is the scoreboard of which they enter the stadium under shows the team boarding the buses and the one minute ride around the stadium. The crowd sees the buses on the scoreboard and lathers into a frenzy as they get closer to the entrance. UNBELIEVABLE scene.
I have seen 3 of these teams entrance in person (Clemson, SC and VA Tech) and Va Tech wins by far of the three I have witnessed

Been to a lot of College games...I love the South Carolina environment and have always wanted to go to a white-out game at Penn State, but a Thursday night in Blacksburg at Lane Stadium is really hard to top.Great choices.

We are!!! With those new lights they added Penn State entrance is getting better each year. It was excellent before they had them. Also Penn State is definitely on the list, the white out is the best sports event I’ve ever been to.
As a Penn State fan, I must admit, the VT entrance was number one in my mind also. Shows that it must be legendary because I am a big gulper of that blue and white kool aide.

I reject the Clemson entrance as one of the best. First off, they leave their locker room and take a friggin bus to the other side. Then they run down a hill. That's it. FSU doesn't get enough love in this regard. There's not much out there cooler than Chief Osceola riding out on Renegade carrying a flaming spear, followed by Renegade rearing up on his hind legs and Osceola planting that spear in the ground.
I really don't get the hype behind Clemsons.... After going to a Hokies game it was on my bucket list to go to a Clemson game to compare the two since they're usually the two must see entrances... Very underwhelming it's more of a cool tradition than bada$$ entrance... Not that much fan interaction just a little clapping and screaming like normal... Honestly SCs is way cooler and hell I thought UVAs was awesome as a kid watching the cavalier ride around Charlottesville on horseback as the anticipation builds for him to enter the stadium... But they suck and generally have half the stadium full which I guess would play a factor lol .. but enter sandman is by far #1. . They literally register on the Richter scale and that stadium is on the smaller end of power 5 stadiums... If that was OSU or Michigan I'm pretty sure the stadium would crumble 🤯.... People losing their damn minds now that's an entrance!!!

I would replace Michigan with Penn State. Nothing special about Michigan except that a fight might break out in the tunnel. Nothing special about Clemson running down a hill, it's actually stupid and I'm surprised nobody's been hurt. I would replace them with FSU. I mean War Chant and Chief Osceola throwing that spear in the ground riding that horse? C'mon MAN!
