I've been watching The Channel 5 News since I was young. Sam Rubin was my Favorite. I just can't stop crying over him. He Made his viewers feel special and it was like he was doing what he did just for us. Oh My Dear Lord Jesus Please Comfort His Wife and Kids and Especially Everyone at channel 5 Because they were his Family to. I will always Remember Him for as long as I live. I was shocked when I was told about Sam by fellow workers after lunch today, missing the news this morning ... I didn't think there was anything wrong by not seeing him on the morning news because he is always soooo active .... God Rest his beautiful soul - I will miss his personality and the spark he gave to 5 news. I pray for his family especially the children. He will be missed sooooo much! he was the show ...

Awe this is sad. RIP. Not from SoCal but feels like I've seen a lot of him over the years. Just had that presence that makes you feel like everything was going to be alright. Kind of a rare thing.
