    I think your 1st tip about using notes is super helpful. When speakers do it that way, they ALWAYS come across better. Great stuff all the way through.

    Take a deep breathe and claim down is useful. It works. Less tension will let us more confidence, just like doing something as usual. Great video. Thanks for sharing.
