    I have been doing "Count up to 20", "My name is.." and box breathing for about a month now. My presentation has improved greatly and I'm happy with the outcome. Also, I still have the fear of speaking for the first minute but I'm aware of this and the next 30 minutes of my speech is really comfortable and smooth. I'm still working on my "hmm" and "aaa" during my speech but hopefully I will learn to overcome it

    Mmmm, I use the counting technique when taking photos, like a photoshoot. Only this one is used for speech & expression...I love it! Youre connecting your speech with your body expression
