Hired from these guys a few years ago. I hired Heron. Loved the Mon & Brec and the staff at Beacon Park Boats were amazing. Possibly the best hand over I ever had. 👍🏻

Omg. Just stumbled across your channel and first video that came up was this one. We’ve been hiring boats from Sarah and alistair for the last 7 years. Never holidayed in wren our favourite was kestrel. My husband suddenly passed away at Christmas so to see our favourite boats and canal is bitter sweet. 💔. Glad you had lovely weather. It is the most beautiful canal. X

We hired the Owl, the one with the hot tub for a week. Did the whole canal, just like you. Bit shallow at the south end and tricky to turn around by the little bridge and cafe basin. Cheers from New Zealand

Don’t hold back on your positive comment, I believe as a concept double shower area, they could have secured better pumps and waterfall shower heads , however the interior is of great workmanship, thanks for your comment Graham, Tony Sarah

Can you get to this Monmouth and Brecon Canal from England like from the shropshire or trent & mersey or even the leeds/liverpool canal............I am not sure you can maybe you have to crane the narrowboat out of a canal and go by road.

Hi Ronald, this was a company called Beacon Park Boats, if you look up narrowboat hire or holidays, you'll get loads of company doing narrowboat holidays
Pretty much the same as all boats eaten up from the inside out.

The amount of cleaning I would have to do to maintain that nice shower would be counter productive. However it would be fun for a week or two.
I love the open space concept and the large bed. But no toilet (head/loo) privacy is a deal breaker. I am surprised what can be done with a narrow boat.
Plus one sub... For beard and life envy

We had two fantastic seats just before the 🔥, very small, however great for only two weeks
This one is for the younger crowd, that spends all their time in bed or in the shower, err, together.
