Fruits(Apple, Banana, Orange, Mango Grapes, Guava, Pomegranates ), vegetables(lady's finger, cucumber, Boiled beans, corn) nuts, sunflower seeds, roast grams, boiled green grams, boiled peas, Boiled Bengal grams, boiled red kidney beans, groundnuts, milk rice, water.
