If you are going to do head2head with food in the Netherlands, you could do Dutch style pancakes. There's a way to put Nutella on that if you want. Otherwise snacks might be a thing with bitterballen, kroketten, frikandellen, bamischijven, etc and various sauces to put on it, mayo, ketchup, curry ketchup, saté, joppie, speciaal (mayo and curry ketchup), mayochup (mayonaise and katchup), mustard, garlic, chilly, etc. You can do the Kapsalon challenge where they have to eat a kapsalon (translated as hair dresser, as who was the one starting it) which is fries covered with sharma, covered with grilled cheese, topped with salad, served with garlic, sambal and mayonaise. If you eat one it'll fill you up for the rest of the week.
Alternatively vlaai (translated: flan), the dutch styled cakes. Or yogurts and custards. Or eat a Tompouse or Bossche Bol without making a mess. There's various food items to pick from. Dutch cuisine might not be much but there's some cool snacks, cakes and deserts to try.
Or just go cycling in Amsterdam or whatever. From the hotel to the track by bike, its probably nice to see their reactions to the traffic.
Also in previous items you also let the drivers or team personnel taste it, those reactions were nice too. I'd love to see them back
