I wish more of these were available in the USA! The Kymco, Zontes, and Honda are very appealing.

The Honda 250 is nice as well as the Burgman 400
That is a shame. The dealships where I am have only the 125's or less. They don't have the larger CC machines. I'm a big kid to nothing less than 300 for me. I'd also like to go on longer rides with lots of hills. They'll "order" one for you but it'll be 6 to 8 at best for delievery. Not a good plan. The dealerships are also dealerships for multple brand names so they only have a few of each brand for sale in the store. Bummer.
There is non of those in saudi Arabia it's only Chinese scooters, I wish in the future they can bring it to the country.

Can you do an entire list of Budget Friendly Moped/scooters for students and Young Adults in the UK? Ones that you can drive with just a provisional vs the ones you can do with a licence? Where you can and can't drive them etc?

Zontes ZT310M looks to be comfortable , at 6'3" tall 34" inseam comfort is paramount then price .

Looking for a manual for Harford Capacinno 150. I bought it today Also ant to know where the compliance plate is on the bike. Any advice please?
I've had motorcycles since I was 15. Currently languishing in my garage is a 1992 BMW R100GS, the latest of three of those models I've owned. I bought my son a cherry 2008 Vespa 150 for school. I've been on it more than he has. I live in San Francisco, one mile from work. The BMW was just too much for such a short drive. It never got past 2nd gear. For short commutes on city streets, the Vespa gets my vote. Like driving around on a bar stool...with storage for my daily things. Best of all, for some reason, scooters can park right on the sidewalk with bicycles in my locality. No parking tickets! At least for this particular use, the Vespa is a perfect fit. One glaring omission with several scooters on this list is the total lack of or anemic storage. If you commute, you need a place to put your stuff. On Thursdays I buy donuts for work. Putting them in a backpack? Helmet, extra jackets, rain jacket? The weather here is different from one minute to the next. You have to carry that stuff with you. Anyone serious about commuting needs storage on the vehicle. They are missing out on a large segment of buyers by making these so...masculine...they look like war machines. I expect machine guns to pop out with the push of a button. Just a thought, but where would your wife put her purse if she had one of these battle mech scooters? The styling is a matter of taste and not trying to knock anyone who gets into this angular look, but to my eye, the Vespa has class. All metal frame and body makes it very smooth over SF potholes and rail tracks. The light weight plastic scooters don't get my vote for daily commuting over rough roads. Stay safe out there!

That upgraded Piaggio is so adorbs! The front with those headlights, look like Mothra😂 I’m not into ebikes or scooters..I just thought it would be neat to get a scooter and why not electric since that’s being shoved down our throats. Maybe a nice cheap way to commute to work-although still worried about being squished by cars.lol The price of these things tho is nuts-it’s like nearly as much as an economy electric car! Dang!

The Yamaha Lexi 125 available in Thailand and I'm sure other countries has great ergonomics, ride and carrying capacity . Too bad it and others mentioned in this video aren't available in Canada.
Ya, and where the hell is Kymco? I see Honda is bringing back the Giorno/Jazz. Likely more new models coming.

I just bought the Honda Forza 350. I haven't actually got it yet but should within the week. It looks like it will be a great cruising bike. When I do pick it up it will be taken to the shop to add a sidecar. So I won't be able to do any long trips for another month, I really look forward to being on the open road here in Thailand.

@@robshaw2319 Hi Rob I've been told it should be here by Feb but I'm going to pick it up in March. Glad you liked it at the show, I was going to get the Forza but after seeing the Adv I could not resist even though I have not seen it, I'm sure it will be worth it over the Forza with the upgraded suspension and other parts. I see you did not mention any SYM scooters. I think they are good too. I own my 2nd MaxSym 600i. I am looking forward to the TL500 coming to South Africa... but I doubt if it will as our country has too many "bikers" who don't want to be seen dead on a scooter.

I hate that we are getting electric vehicles rammed down our throats. Motorcycles are the most fuel efficient vehicles out there yet they are getting banned incrementally.
Cancer causing, environment degrading exhaust from fossil fuels is what is actually getting rammed down your throat.

Motorcylces are far more fuel effect on average, but 10x worst polluters because they lack parts like catalytic converters that clean up some toxins. Motorcycles are too small to add those extra parts. I wish they would be working on hybrid versions but are going full electric instead.
The new piaggio beverly 400 HPE will better all those scooters you have mentioned?

I have the Burgman 650 and it's really a shame they quit making it it's my favorite bike
No. 8 Silent: Just to throw that in, Shad is one of the biggest seat makers in the world. They make also seats for BMW, for example
They need to find a way to make electric motorcycles longer range minimum should be 200 miles
Why? Do you really ride 200 miles straight off, or even 100 . Surely these scooters are designed for less demanding rides, long rides deserve bikes designed for the job.
What is required for electric bikes is the ability to rapid charge.
@@solentbum rapid change would be a bonus but as we all know batteries ain't great when charged too many times and it actually decreases the lifespan of the battery
Zero motorcycles has one with close to 200mi range
@@solentbum lithium batteries are designed to be trickle charged over a long period of time , force charging them is the single worst thing you can do
@@solentbum Not everyone has a house where they can charge their vehicle. Motorcycles are more common in cities, but in cities you have more people living in apartments. Longer range would be essential to these people who would otherwise be sitting at a charging station very often.

Xmax 300 owner, very happy with the bike but going to look at the ADV350.
Not worth it. Just get the ak550 at a lower price with more power. The Xmax is even as good as the ADV350. I own one

Ive heard some people say the Aprilia SR GT200 is not comfortable for carrying passengers. Has anyone got experience with this? Also I am in Thailand and concerned about how easy it will be to get serviced and repaired?

I'm on my second Like 125cc. Great scooter, and reassuringly Taiwanese. I'd rather stick hot needles in my eyeballs than buy Chinese.
@@ashleyrhodes9974 I only wish Yamaha would make the Zuma with a 150! I still feel like my old 125 Zuma had way more torque even though it was a little slower top speed. It did SO well off-road!

its very weird to see that many saying about not deliveried brands at their countries meanwhile at my country we have all brands and you dont need to wait more than 15 days.
Really considering getting a scooter but I'm having a hard time finding one that is comfortable for a person with long legs. The BMW looks perfect but that price is a little crazy
Always best to get to some dealers and have a sit on bikes in person, and see how it fits
I tried to BMW 650 scooter and the Suzuki I like the Suzuki Burgman much better it's designed to be a little bit shorter than the BMW

I wish we had more scooter options in Canada, but I understand that the market here makes it difficult for manufacturers to make the investment. Yamaha has bravely imported the Xmax 300 here, and given it's huge popularity in Europe, I'm surprised it did not make the list.
Here in south east Asia Aura scooter is called Rusi and there is only one engine choice 175cc

I just got 2021 Honda Air Blade 150 . I really liked it's looks and color (blue) Now , the seat is too high and the seat not so good . Hanndle gar is too low so you are leaning forward some , no so comfy . Duel rear shocks , good but bounce , I put on gas charged heavy shocks good move nice ride .The head light is the best I have seen . I am doing my own custom lighting , really looks great going down the road . So far I like overall . My second and last scooter .

I've been a motorcyclist for over 60 years--yes I am old, but instead of getting out of biking I am shopping scooters, and what a load of crap the new ones are! Burgmans are the only ones to excite me in the least.
Watching this depresses and sickens me. Living in the States, I can’t even get the Kymco US headquarters to answer the phone to find out if the one 300cc scooter on their website is really even available since my local dealer says he hasn’t been able to get any Kymco scooter in over a year. SYM or Vespa? Nearest dealer is 150 miles from me. I just returned from three weeks of scooting on a rental in Greece and can’t replace my 13 year old scooters with anything.

How many cc's do you recommend for 2 riding on the freeway?
For freeway speeds (est. 70mph) we'd suggest 330cc and bigger!

Finding a place that sells new scooters here in ID is nearly impossible and if you find a place they are expensive bc of gas prices and supply. Used ones are through the roof too.
