Glad I’m not a huge Jorm player, pretty unfort for them. I wonder how hirez is going to change that without getting rid of the item as a whole
ICD or basic attack damage. It's also not a magical prot item so it's not that bad, still nasty
I wish this item had a full tier 3 with the same passive, just toned up.
At that point just get rid of aa God kits completely

Smite 2 Bear form should have increased movespeed toward anyone with consumables on their bar and able to climb trees for absolutely no reason

This item should be nerfed, literally nullifies Jorm's AAs, now that he can finally could proc items on them. Also it's only a tier 2 which is almost better than its upgrades, reminds me the mask meta in Solo back to s8, which was suddenly fixed. Anyway enemy jorm lost lane bc going Death's Toll, it is not that great as starter at 50%, he should have used Axe or Manikin which are Jorm's Solo best starters.
