maybe update the pastor system to be like college professors, change every half year or 1/4 year depending on the church’s chosing. allow pastors time away from the church for a season or two to pastor at other churches or to do their own research and come back fresh to a congregation half a year or more later. a pastor does not need to be the sole shepherd to the congregation for a whole year - in elementary through high school you need one teacher for a whole year and switch the next year because what you’re learning is not advanced - at college level, you need to switch professors more than one time a year for specialized deep knowledge growth
I wonder how much pastors pay to have this man come speak for them. He's brainwashing these people big time. He says, "You have found favor in God's sight for honoring God's man???" Why can't these people see through him? He's using God's Word to make a profit for the pastor and for himself. Shame on him!
