Dang, what a setup! What are the panels made of and do they hold up to harsh weather? Noticed the grills don't appear to have insulated jackets, is that safe?
The concrete panels are made of specially engineered concrete that is reinforced with composite rebar AND it carries a 100-year rating. These kitchens are made to withstand harsh elements like UV exposure and freeze-thaw climates wonderfully! The grills do not need insulated jackets because our islands are constructed out of noncombustible materials. Pretty neat huh?!?!

The pergola was all DIY!!! We hope to get a more permanent shade solution like cover your pergola soon. It gets HOT and SUNNY in Texas!
