I live in queen creek I detail both of my vehicles twice a week with the heat I start at 4:30 am and finish bye 8:30 it’s rough to keep anything clean in Arizona lol

Love your channel. Just clay barred the windshield on my car and the followed up with Gyeon Quick View Q2 rain repellent. Happy with the results. Surprising how much dirt was actually on my windshield, clay barring is key. I've since clay barred my entire car, prepped, buffed/polished......looks new again. Live in an apartment with no garage and the thought of driving through a carwash is no longer an option for me. So I now use Optimum one rinse wash and microfiber towel dry....works for me. I just bring a two-gallon bucket of water with Optimum to my car and begin. My car rarely gets much dirt at all just pollen and bird poo. That's my remedy for no water hose connections available. Other than that I use my car cover a lot.
Not gonna lie, I get inspired to go detail the ol heavy Chevy pick up after watching these kind of videos. I bought them nice little brushes and can’t wait to use them on getting wheels extra clean 👌🏻
You are so right about how much work it is to do both inside and outside of the car on the same day...especially when you get older, its even harder. I sometimes think about how people can be vastly different about how fussy they are about their car. I am like you as are many enthusiasts and like an immaculate car but others just kind of trash their car out and seem to be ok with it. People that love cars with a little OCD...it drives us crazy. There is a young girl in my condo complex that has a white Gen 5 Camaro with aftermarket wheels but its the V6 automatic. I have always loved the Camaro back to the time of the 1st Gen. She has had some issues with it and I coach her Mom about what to do. She has had PCM problems and you likely know the grounds on the Gen 5 are marginal and many in fact beef them up. Her car is always kind of dirty and trashed and her idea of detailing is running it through the car wash. So people as you no doubt know, are very diverse. OCD can be a bit of curse and so people with this tendency have to try and not get too carried away....you mentioned detailing your suspension which only true car freaks understand. ;-) Well done Kayla and drive safe.

Great video Kayla !! Some demon eyes would really set your Camaro off. Most kits I've seen are right at $100. And a Magnuson supercharger would put you in the 10s maybe 9s, they only cost about $9,000 !! I know, too rich for my blood. You should do a video on installing some demon eyes, if that's your thing, I like them. Thanks for the video. God bless you.
Looks good Kayla, nice job as usual. My pet peeve is dirty windows, it drives me crazy. For whatever reason the psychological factor aside a clean car seems to run better, doesn't it? Take care of your car and it'll take care of you. I'm surprised they let you use the water to wash your car in AZ.
I know how that weather feels because well I live in Arizona and I live about an hour and a half from Phoenix south of Phoenix and I'm in a heat bowl right now and it's already a106 to 110 already just about
@@kylewilliams956 it’s the best way to do it. As long as your paint is protected and you’re not using harsh chemicals it’s the best way to get her clean before a show 💯
Everything looks beautiful Kayla. The ceramic coating is worth every penny. Did you clean and recharge your air filter when you got back from LV? If the dash is that sandy than you know that air box grabbed a bunch of sand. I’m sure you did. Great video! Thanks for sharing
What product did you use for the ceramic coating? Mine supposedly got a ceramic coating from the dealer I bought it from but I hardly notice a difference. Maybe they just charged me for it and never did it or the product they used was crap.
Given the water shortage happening in the desert southwest, I'm amazed that people are allowed to wash their cars anymore. Until then, I love these videos!
@@KaylaRundle YESSSS!!! We actually have smart people in the car community, everybody is so stupid nowadays, and they decrease the drivability, by doing a ton of camber and other unnecessary and stupid mods, but your smart, and you actually make your car more drivable
@@FallWarrior-si5eu if something breaks, I make it better. Focusing on a Max Power NA build- which is necessary for the Track and Hot AZ Climate. Lots of people tell me to do a lot of unnecessary mods- but I totally agree with you. It’s rare now a days!

Depends what your budget is and what you need. In my opinion if you want a V6 for the budget, there are way better options rather than a Camaro. Like a Civic HatchBack (I have One, best car ever). If you have the budget, I'd highly recommend a V8 SS at the minimum, you'll love it.. it's worth it!
