She became sub Vocalist in OT4 because rose and Jisoo are way better. She is Lead rapper because her tone is better than Chaesoo & she is a weaker vocal. She was always planned to be Main Dancer, since she entered the company by dancing.

Lisa shines the most in live performances. She does adlibs, modifies her part to hype the crowd, has AMAZING breathe control, and gives a hundred percent energy in every performance like you will never catch her slacking and always sings like she had their cds as her full meal. It's just sad that YG never gives her a chance to shine vocally in their songs, whenever it's a ballad she always get a 10 second line or less, i know that if given just a more time to showcase her voice people will understand why she was supposed to debut as the LEAD VOCAL and how she gpt those straight A's on their trainee evaluation.
In those monthly evaluations if not mistaken they also evaluate their writing skills...they have to practice to write songs too...YG entertainment is known to cherish his bg more than GG that's why even tho bp are the only GG under YG they still got mistreated as even if they contribute to write a song they won't get credited n talk abt comeback!! 💔💔💔

I also think so. when she sings, she somewhat limits her voice like she's trying to restrain her voice in her throat. I think the reason is when she doesn't use her throat when singing she might overpower the other girls because she has such a wide range of voice.
Lisa is one of the all rounder idols. She can dance, rap, sing, her visuals are also no joke, very kind and sweet, ambitious etc . But sadly Lisa is underrated singer. Her voice is actually stable, soothing, sweet, deep and a bit of swag too(her swag level is most high in rapping and dancing). I wish she can get more singing parts. But her solo is coming soon too. People will recognize her singing capability. I wish her all the best for her solo and all members for their upcoming activities.
When Lisa sings whispering or when she made the supporting voice in "Looser", she pitch all the notes, but his complete voice is in 4:38. That is his more comfortable place, and that is the most beautiful color of her voice.

R J jisoo is a strong singer. Honestly she’s probably in the top 12 lead vocals in kpop. Others being mamamoo, RV,lovelyz,oh my girl, and CLC. Dara is a pretty strong singer too tbh. Dara just has a really high voice that isn’t for everyone’s taste. Dara is definitely a good singer though.
She can sing when she isn’t dancing. I think she is better at rapping while dancing instead of singing while dancing. Otherwise she is good at singing(without dancing)
And the fact that I've noticed when Lisa sang with the girls her voice really blends well she's dang harmonising with them like she knows how to fit in, few singers just knows how to sing but doesn't know how to sing in second voice. 4:03 she ate the CD, and had full support and control over those notes. I've also noticed her voice is considerably more Forte than Jennie's, and is able to switch in and out of registers very quickly.
MR removes videos ARE live, without the effects or backing tracks. Either way, even there, Lisa was basically speaking whilst Jennie was belting, and Jennie was barely audible. Also, Jennie's agility was a mess which shows her stamina, Forte and pitch are tailing behind Lisa's.

R J jisoo is a strong singer. Honestly she’s probably in the top 12 lead vocals in kpop. Others being mamamoo, RV,lovelyz,oh my girl, and CLC. Dara is a pretty strong singer too tbh. Dara just has a really high voice that isn’t for everyone’s taste. Dara is definitely a good singer though.

MR removes videos ARE live, without the effects or backing tracks. Either way, even there, Lisa was basically speaking whilst Jennie was belting, and Jennie was barely audible. Also, Jennie's agility was a mess which shows her stamina, Forte and pitch are tailing behind Lisa's.
I'm a Jennie bias, but the only thing Jennie is better than Lisa at is Rap, and visual yet even that comes down to preference.
