Heck, anything Sam Rockwell does - I'm there sitting in the chair with my popcorn. I can't get enough of him. ❤❤❤

She’s such a character. No wonder people call her “character actor”. She just brings so much to any role, intrinsically, a certain witty spirit, a mass of unrestrained quirks. A well-deserved reputation that haunts her to this day.

If your a fan of Sam Rockwell I highly recommend Tom DiCillos Box Of Moonlight also stars John Tutorro . Indie film from 1996. When I saw his work in that I knew hed be a star. Excellent performance and excellent film. Great era those 90's indie flicks.
Sam Rockwell is probably the equivalent of the british actor Tom Hardy I see similarities in both - quite 'un-Hollywood' but mesmerising !! Alison Janney is like an 'hard edged' Meryl Streep. Great actors both 👏

I think it’s significant that they both referenced so many other actor’s “tricks”, the little things they do as part of their process to get themselves in the right place before the scene. You only see that among actors with actors.
The really cool thing is that no matter what happens, Sam will go on looking for great characters and directors and he won't leave the unknowns out to dry. He will actively look for the stories and characters that are interesting and challenging - maybe even overlooked
